Your Responsibilities:

• Install and configure Microsoft AVD technologies to maintain a productive working environment.
• Attend customer meetings to address security concerns, vulnerabilities, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to established processes and propose improvements where relevant.
• Provide guidance on best practices for package creation/scripting, deployment, and compliance checks.
• Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and technical specialists.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze and solve complex problems.
• Analytical Skills: Provide insights to business stakeholders based on data analysis.
• Project Management Skills: Employ project management methodologies and tools.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated with M365 features and industry trends.

You Must Have:

• Systems administration knowledge (Windows Server platforms).
• Strong technical background in Microsoft 365 services.
• Experience in Microsoft Exchange Server administration and migration.
• Proficiency in M365 administration and PowerShell scripting.
• Knowledge of Microsoft 365 security and compliance best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL principles.
