The protection of privacy and personal data constitutes a fundamental commitment of Cyberprotech®, towards its customers and users of products and services (customers, service users, employees, partners and others).

Recognizing that the development of the company's activity is strongly influenced by technological, economic and social advances, particularly in terms of offering and marketing our products and services, monitoring and improving the quality of services available to comply with legal obligations, we work daily to ensure the best levels of protection of privacy and personal data, respecting legislation and all national and European regulations and guidelines applicable to their processing, implemented by privacy policies and standards, including Customer Privacy Policies, Policies Employee Privacy Policy, as well as the General Information Security Policy.

In order to better clarify our customers, below we present some questions/answers about privacy and protection of personal data and the Terms and Conditions of services and products, whose updates will be made available on the Cyberprotech website and which came into force on the day May 25, 2018. Given the existence of 3 services with different platforms that our customers can use and taking into account the specificities of each one, we will try to alert you to as many requirements and procedures as possible.

This Privacy Policy aims to comply with the provisions of Regulation no. 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council of April 27, 2016 of the Data Protection Law (Law no. 67/98, October 26).
