WHAT PROTECTION?

Whistleblower is someone who discloses or reports irregularities: corruption, infractions and legal violations, miscarriages of justice, specific risks to public health, safety or the environment, abuse of authority, unauthorized use of public funds or assets, mismanagement, conflicts of interest and acts that aim to cover up any of these practices.

On December 20, 2021, Law No. 93/2021 was published, which established the General Protection Regime for Whistleblowers of Infractions (RGPDI), coming into force on June 20, 2022.

The law transposed into national legislation the European Directive 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and Council, adopted by the EU on October 7, 2019, on the protection of people who report violations of European Union law.

OUR COMMITMENT

Cyberprotech's reporting channel was established in accordance with legislation (law no. 93/2021) and good corporate practices, reinforcing the principles of honesty, rigor and respect by which we are governed.

The reporting channel can be used by anyone who has or has had professional relationships with the company (suppliers, recruitment candidates, service providers, interns, former employees and collaborators,…)

This channel aims to facilitate the identification of situations that may be irregular or potential infractions, including real suspicions of situations that have occurred or are considered likely to occur.

The reporting channel is not intended to replace the complaint methods available to our customers or potential customers. To this end, the “complaints book” and Cyberprotech contact channels remain available.
