Sales Representative

We are hiring driven Sales Representatives to accelerate growth across B2B/B2G and selected B2C offerings. You will prospect, qualify and close opportunities for services like CSaaS, DPOaaS and our CyberCARE platforms.

Key responsibilities:

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals and closing.
  • Qualify leads against ICP and build healthy, forecastable pipelines in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to scope solutions and pricing (SLA, tiers, add-ons).
  • Manage RFP/RFQ processes with public and private entities.
  • Maintain account plans and quarterly targets; report KPIs regularly.
  • Represent Cyberprotech at events, webinars and partner meetings.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in B2B sales (IT, cybersecurity, MSP or SaaS preferred).
  • Strong communication and consultative selling skills; negotiation & closing.
  • Experience with CRM (HubSpot/Pipedrive/etc.) and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese; valid EU work authorization.
  • Driver’s license and availability for customer visits in Portugal.

Nice to have:

  • Knowledge of GDPR, NIS2 or DORA requirements and how they drive demand.
  • Experience with public procurement or framework agreements.
  • Partner/channel sales background.

  • Base salary + commission plan (performance-based).
