Frequently Asked Questions
Two important distinctions.
Are all industrial companies in Annex II?
No. The Annex lists specific manufacturing subsectors and refers to specific NACE Rev. 2.
Is any waste activity covered?
The text excludes companies for which waste management is not the main economic activity.
